Escalation List for PSAPs

Initial Report

AT&T Resolution Center is the Single point of contact for all Tarrant County PSAPS: 1-866-722-3911

Dial the above number. Your call will be answered by trained 9-1-1 service desk personnel. Provide your name, PSAP Name, PSAP ID (noted on every 9-1-1 workstation), address, and phone number. Describe the problem you are experiencing. You will be provided with a Trouble Ticket Number. Record this ticket number in your Trouble Log. The Resolution Center will give you some idea of how soon you should expect a response based on the seriousness of the trouble. Service-effecting problems should receive prompt responses.

Escalation Level 1

If you have not received a response to your problem or its seriousness has increased, escalate your trouble report and inform the manager why it should be escalated.

Dial the AT&T Resolution Center and ask for a Manager: 1-866-722-3911

Escalation Level 2

If you still have not received an adequate response, escalate to Level 2. Contact Tarrant County 9-1-1 Staff and provide information on the nature of the trouble and the steps you have taken. If you cannot reach the 1st Choice on the list, immediately attempt contact with the 2nd Choice or 3rd Choice until you have reached a Tarrant County 9-1-1 Staff member.
