Episode 1

In season two of TC911 Beyond The Call, you will hear from 9-1-1 leaders in the emergency communication centers in our Tarrant County 9-1-1 District area. Episode one starts off with Tracy Pulley, Training Coordinator and one of the 9-1-1 supervisors at Iriving Police 9-1-1.

Episode 2

Host Abbey Dudek chats with Beverly, the Communications Manager at Tarrant Regional Communications Center in Everman. Beverly discusses all the changes the City of Everman has had in the last few years, including her 9-1-1 center consolidating with two other agencies. 

Episode 3

In this episode, host Abbey Dudek chats with NETCOM 911 Supervisor Brittany. Brittany shares about NETCOM and its functioning as a consolidated 911 communications center. She will share their hiring process and her journey of growing her career at NETCOM as a 911 headset hero!

Episode 4

In this episode, host Abbey Dudek chats with Crowley Police 911 Communications Manager Nikki. Nikki shares her journey in public safety, her passion for the industry, and what to expect when you apply and work at the city of Crowley.

Episode 5 

In this episode, host Abbey Dudek chats with Irving 911 Supervisor Anissa. Anissa shares her journey as a 911 headset hero and learn that it all started with her father, a retired Irving Police Officer, giving her a suggestion that dispatch was hiring. A lot of good information and chuckles in this episode!

Episode 6 

In this episode, host Abbey Dudek chats with Irving Communications Supervisor Stacy. Stacy shares her journey with Medstar, working in dispatch and the ambulance. Learn how you can be a part of the MedStar team, and of course, side conversations cover how big Tarrant County is and those awesome round-a-bouts!

Episode 7 

In this episode, host Abbey Dudek chats with Arlington 9-1-1 Supervisor Michaela. Michaela shares her journey at Arlington 9-1-1, including her promotion to supervisor. This episode is full of great chuckle moments, and Michaela shares how she keeps her energy level up with her love of caffeine, her trusty Starbucks, and her new energy drink Celcius. Episode 9 

In this episode, host Abbey Dudek chats with Irving’s 9-1-1 Communication Supervisor, Michele. Abbey and Michele share their experiences of working in the food industry and how that has helped both of them in building their skill set. Michele shares her excitement about becoming a yoga instructor for their city yoga class offered to city employees. As a new supervisor, Michele talks about her journey and how she is developing into a great leader in 9-1-1.
